Brady joined the Lockard Team in 2004 and currently holds the position of Director of Sales & Leasing. He comes from a banking background, with over 8 years in that industry, including managing a local mortgage company prior to joining Lockard. He is a licensed Realtor in the state of Iowa, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and he brings a depth of knowledge and experience in helping local and national companies with their real estate needs. Some of the clients he has worked with over the years are: Carquest, Dollar Tree, Kwik Trip, Barmuda Corp., CBE Group and many others.

Originally from Spencer, Iowa, Brady received both his Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Northern Iowa. He and his wife, Chris, and their two children, Emma and Elliana, have called the Cedar Valley home for the past 20 years.

Brady enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding bike, golfing and donating as much of his time as possible. He has sat or currently sits on many community boards including: the Executive Board of the Panther Scholarship Club, the Sartori Hospital Community Advisory Committee, the Friends of Cedar Valley Hospice Board, and the College Hill Partnership Business Improvement Committee.
